Palletized Surplus Inventory Buyers: Sell NEW Pallets & Truckloads

Have pallets of NEW merchandise taking up warehouse space? Looking for a direct buyer instead of selling the inventory one case at a time?

Big Willy’s Wholesale is a direct nationwide buyer of qualifying NEW palletized surplus inventory, closeouts, overstock, excess merchandise, discontinued products, and general merchandise.

We evaluate commercial quantities from multiple pallets to truckloads, containers, large single-SKU positions, and complete closeouts.

Your inventory can be a single product stacked on several pallets or a larger assortment spread across a warehouse.

We work with manufacturers, importers, distributors, brands, retailers, wholesalers, Amazon and e-commerce sellers, 3PL customers, warehouse inventory owners, and individuals with commercial quantities who own or are legally authorized to sell the goods.

Who Buys Palletized Surplus Inventory?

Big Willy’s Wholesale evaluates NEW bulk consumer merchandise already packed in cases, on pallets, or available for palletization.

We purchase qualifying inventory directly from authorized sellers, rather than asking you to list each product individually for consumers.

Palletized surplus is merchandise that a business no longer needs to hold in its normal sales channel.

The goods may be excess from a large order, part of a discontinued assortment, or inventory that has become too expensive to store relative to its expected sales pace.

Surplus does not mean the merchandise is used or damaged.

For example, an importer may have 16 pallets of new kitchen accessories that arrived after a customer reduced its order.

A distributor may have 28 pallets of assorted new household products that no longer fit its catalog.

A brand may have 12,000 units of one new pet accessory packed in master cartons.

All of these are examples of inventory positions worth submitting for review, not guaranteed purchase sizes.

What Kinds of Palletized Closeouts Do We Evaluate?

1. New Overstock Already on Pallets

A business may have purchased more merchandise than its regular customers can absorb.

If those units remain NEW and available for resale, submit the product list, total quantities, pallet count, and warehouse location.

2. Discontinued Products in Master Cartons

A manufacturer, brand, or distributor may discontinue a model, color, size, or product line while sealed cartons remain in storage.

We evaluate qualifying new discontinued inventory in bulk, including large single-SKU positions.

3. Mixed-SKU General Merchandise Pallets

Some sellers have many new products across household, kitchen, pet, toys, beauty, electronics, and other consumer categories.

Mixed pallets can be submitted with an inventory manifest showing the quantity of each item.

4. Canceled-Order and Excess Import Inventory

An importer or manufacturer may be left with cases or containers of finished goods after an order changes.

We can review qualifying new inventory at its current U.S. warehouse location, or consider an inbound opportunity when the expected arrival details are clear.

5. Warehouse and 3PL Inventory Closeouts

If you are paying to store new merchandise at a distribution center or 3PL, you may submit the position without first moving it to California.

The inventory owner or a representative with legitimate selling authority must authorize the sale.

6. Complete Pallet, Truckload, or Container Positions

If your business wants to clear an entire category, a group of pallets, multiple truckloads, or a complete new-merchandise position, send the full list.

We review each opportunity to determine whether the entire lot or part of it is a fit.

Can You Sell Just a Few Pallets of NEW Inventory?

Our focus is on commercial quantities, not individual consumer items.

Multiple pallets may be worth reviewing; a full truckload is not a universal requirement.

Larger positions are welcome, including truckloads, multiple truckloads, containers, and complete closeouts.

A seller might submit 8 pallets of one household product, 20 mixed pallets of new general merchandise, or 40,000 units of a single SKU.

These examples are illustrative. Whether we make an offer depends on the products, pricing, location, condition, quantity, and resale requirements.

If your assortment spans several categories, our general merchandise buyers page explains the types of closeouts we evaluate.

What NEW Merchandise Categories Can You Submit?

Big Willy’s Wholesale evaluates qualifying NEW products across categories such as:

  • Household & Home: Storage bins, organizers, cleaning tools, and home accessories.

  • Kitchen & Cookware: Cookware, utensils, food storage, and small kitchen products.

  • Pet Supplies: Collars, leashes, toys, harnesses, beds, and accessories.

  • Beauty & Personal Care: Haircare, skincare, cosmetics, and related merchandise.

  • Baby, Toys & Games: Baby accessories, toys, games, and educational products.

  • Electronics & Accessories: Consumer electronics and related accessories.

  • Apparel & Outdoor: NEW clothing, accessories, and outdoor consumer goods.

  • Office & School: Stationery, school supplies, and office merchandise.

  • Paper, Janitorial & PPE: Cleaning supplies, disposable goods, and qualifying protective products.

  • Food & Beverage: Packaged consumer merchandise, subject to appropriate shelf life, labeling, and compliance requirements.

Other new consumer product categories may also be submitted.

Please disclose expiration dates, safety or labeling requirements, and any resale or distribution restrictions.

We buy NEW merchandise only.

We do not purchase customer returns, used goods, open-box merchandise, refurbished products, or reconditioned items.

What Should Be on Your Pallet Inventory Manifest?

You do not need a perfectly formatted spreadsheet to start a conversation, but accurate details help our team evaluate the opportunity efficiently.

For each SKU, provide the product description, brand, UPC or SKU, total available units, and units per master carton.

For the overall lot, include the number of pallets, estimated dimensions or weight if known, current warehouse location, and asking price if available.

Actual photos are useful: show the product packaging, case labels, and representative shrink-wrapped pallets.

If the pallets are mixed, note which SKUs are on each pallet when that information is available.

If the merchandise is not yet palletized, say so rather than estimating a final pallet count as confirmed.

Also include any expiration dates, lot codes, pickup deadlines, channel restrictions, or ownership documents that affect the transaction.

For food, cosmetics, electronics, and other regulated products, include relevant compliance information.

Do You Need to Repack or Ship Inventory Before Submitting It?

No.

You can submit a buying opportunity while the goods remain at your factory, warehouse, distribution center, or authorized 3PL.

You do not need to ship merchandise to our Vernon, California, location just to request a review.

For a potential transaction, our team will evaluate the warehouse location, available freight access, pallet count, and other logistics details.

Any inspection, pickup, payment, or freight arrangements would be determined as part of an agreed transaction, not assumed in advance.

If you have an urgent warehouse clearance deadline, include the date with your submission.

Why Consider a Direct Pallet or Truckload Sale?

Selling individual cases or units can take months.

During that time, the inventory may continue to occupy storage space and tie up working capital.

A direct bulk closeout can offer another route for moving a substantial position, potentially reducing storage costs, simplifying warehouse operations, and freeing capacity for active products.

Bulk sale prices may differ from regular wholesale or retail pricing.

Compare the offer, carrying costs, expected sell-through, and other channels before deciding whether to proceed.
