We value your business and want to ensure clarity in our return process. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
Final Sale Items
- Any discounted order is FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All special orders are non-refundable.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.
- Items must be unopened and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- A 50% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.
Marketplace Sellers
- We do not hold responsibility for any gated or restricted products on third-party marketplaces.
- We strongly recommend confirming that an item is unrestricted and approved for sale on your marketplace before finalizing your purchase.
- We will not accept returns or issue refunds for items you wish to return because a marketplace did not allow you to list or sell them.
How to Process a Return
1. Email sales@bigwillyswholesale.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
2. Wait for a return authorization from our team before shipping the item back.
